For on-premise deployments, all security scan data, vulnerability assessments, and findings remain exclusively within your infrastructure. We do not have access to this data.
Access to certain features of the Services requires payment of subscription fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes, and such changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Except as required by law or as otherwise provided in these Terms, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused features.
If we do not receive payment when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received. You will be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
The Services, including all software, technology, content, and materials, are owned by Snapsec and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos are our property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
While our Services are designed to identify security vulnerabilities, we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected. Security scanning is not a substitute for comprehensive security practices and professional security assessments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPSEC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DATA USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snapsec and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. We may also terminate inactive accounts.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Snapsec is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snapsec regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, or natural disasters.
